Big step for Crawford Nickel Mine approval

Canada Nickel Incorporated is one step away from final federal approval to go ahead with its Crawford Nickel Mine north of Timmins off Highway 655.

Selby points out that the Impact Assessment Act requires projects to demonstrate environmental responsibility and positive outcomes across health, social and economic dimensions, as well protecting Indigenous rights.
