Trick or treating won’t just be limited to a nighttime activity in Kapuskasing tomorrow. A group of four businesswomen have organized a family friendly Halloween event tomorrow from noon to 4 pm at the Model City Mall.

Amanda Rickard of Roaming Northern Bartender says it was a great project to collaborate with everyone who is also a fan of Halloween.

“This Halloween memory making to the Model City Mall and also support the food bank at the same time,” she said. “And through our respective community connections we have over 45 businesse and individuals that are helping to make this event happen.”

Tracy Roy of Kaptain Sweet says it’s going to be a spooky good time for everyone.

“So everyone is invited, children and families,” she said. “There is no cost. If you can bring a non-perishable food item or donation will be accepted for the Kapuskasing Food Bank.”

There will be games, trick or treating, crafts, and a family photo booth. You are asked to use the entrance near Shopper’s Drug Mart to access the fun.
