A 23 year-older Quebec resident is facing numerous charges following a fatal motor vehicle accident in March west of Hearst.
Ontario Provincial Police say a car and an RV were involved in the accident on Highway 11 west of the community. The accident closed the highway for several hours.
The driver of the recreation vehicle died at the scene. Â The Quebec man will appear in a Hearst courtroom on June 28th, facing charges of dangerous operation causing death, careless driving causing death, driving on a closed highway and fail to share half the road.
