Police are reminding parents to talk to their children about strangers after an incident in Hearst. Police say a child was walking home from school yesterday around 3:30pm when they were asked to get into a dark coloured pickup truck by an unknown male passenger. The suspect speaks English and is described as having dark coloured skin. Police are warning that children should always be aware of their surroundings and have a safety plan with their parents.
