Hearst resident charged after OPP execute search warrant

A 34 year old Hearst woman is up on numerous charges following an Ontario Provincial Police execution of a search warrant at a Hearst hotel room on Tuesday morning.

During the investigation police seized drugs suspected to be methamphetamine, crystal meth, fentanyl, hydromorphone, and a quantity of Canadian cash. The total value of the seizure is estimated at over $16,000.

The Hearst woman is charged with two counts of possession of an opioid, two counts of failure to comply with an undertaking,  one count of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of property obtained by under $5,000 and.

The accused is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
