The public works general manager says construction on the connecting link near Walmart in Kapuskasing is proceeding on time and on schedule.
Eric Cote reported to town council on Monday night that rock was discovered around the water and sewer lines on Government Road and a solution to the problem is being determined. He says the rock won’t have any impact or delay in the project.
A third lane has been added from the Service Master business to Caron Street. There have been some minor traffic delays due to the construction.
