Sensenbrenner Hospital Foundation has launched a new fundraising campaign to help you thank others during the pandemic while supporting its second operating room project. Coordinator Mireille Dubosq says the caring with kindness progeram is not just to recognize essential workers.
“This involves everyone janitors, cashiers, delivery drivers, taxi drivers, teachers, babysitters, restaurant owners and staff,” she said. “Everyone has been affected by this and we just want sure we acknowledge their dedication.”
Dubosq explains how the month long campaign works.
“With a minimum donation of $25 and the foundation is going to feature the nominees on Facebook,” she said. “And both the nomnees and the person who made a nomination have a chance to win a prize at the end of the campaign.”
Dubosq says donations to the project have slowed and this is a great way to not only contribute to the project but to thank someone for all of their hard work.
