Waiting on studies from the various levels of government? That’s what the CEO of Cannassist Group Inc, says they are at in the process regarding a Medical Marijuana Farm and Processing Facility scheduled for Kapuskasing near the Airport. Janice Britton says they are finalizing a lot of different areas.
“We are finalizing all of the construction plans, and completing the pre-construction assessment that need to be done,” Britton said. “Areas such as ecological, hydro-geological and technical studies.”
Britton said there is no time frame as to when construction at the plant would begin. The Medical Marijuana Farm would employ an estimated 60 people.
