Keeping track of your keys is getting a little easier in Kapuskasing.
As of this month, War Amps has been sending out free key tags for the community to all those registered with the War Amps organization.
War Amps Public Awareness Officer James Jordan says the tags act as a safeguard from losing track of your keys, and it’s a lot cheaper of a replacement.
“Other than just the fact that we will return your lost keys, which is a great positive, I think one of the things to highlight about our War Amps key tags is that its quite a high replacement cost for electronic key fobs these days, so that makes this service sort of more vital than ever.”
Jordan says they are encouraging people to use the free key tag service even if they can’t donate.
“Yea, absolutely use the free service, even if you can’t send in a donation its a great free service for all Canadians and your supporting a great cause just by using the War Amps key tag.”
He also says those who do choose to donate will help fund their programs across the country.
