Highway 11 is now all clear says the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and Ontario 511.
Highway 11 is down to a single lane near Smooth Rock Falls.
The Ministry of Transportation Ontario and Ontario 511 are reporting a spill at Alexandra Road is currently blocking the northbound lane and shoulder.
Ontario 511 reports the spill taking place around 9:40am this morning.
Currently, they are reporting crews are on scene for environmental cleanup as of 9:55am.
