Three separate crashes forced Highway 11 to be closed off for three hours Sunday morning.
OPP Media Officer Stephanie Belec says officers of the James Bay Detachments responded around 8:50am to a collision just west of Hearst where one person was injured.
Shortly after that police say two more collisions took place just east of Hearst along also Highway 11.
At approximately 9:45am Highway 11 was closed from west of Hearst through to Cochrane in order to prevent further collisions.
The injured person was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Highway 11 was re-opened at 1:00pm on Sunday.
