The OPP have made an arrest following a traffic complaint involving a tractor-trailer.
Police in Kapuskasing were advised of an erratic driver at roughly 3:40pm on October 7th driving along Highway 11 in Moonbeam Township.
Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop, however, the driver failed to stop for several kilometres.
Police say once stopped, an investigation revealed the driver was impaired.
Officers are charging the 50-year-old Calgary, Alberta native with four charges including driving while impaired and fleeing while pursued by police.
The accused has since been released on a recognizance of bail and is scheduled to appear in court in Kapuskasing on October 30th.
