A Kapuskasing man has been arrested for robbery.
Police were called to an armed robbery at a convenience store on Riverside Drive early Thursday morning.
Officers responding to the call said they found a man with a weapon near the scene and promptly made an arrest.
Police say money stolen from the register and a few items were taken from the store.
Officers say the 34-year-old man is being charged with armed robbery, carrying a weapon and obstruction of justice.
The OPP says the accused will be held in custody until his court date scheduled for May 19th in Cochrane.
