If you’re looking to report any issues or problems in the community, the Town of Kapuskasing has an app for that. It’s called Public Service Request (PSR) and can be used to report anything from a pot hole in the road to a stray animal running around.
CAO for the town, Yves Labelle says this feature will make it easier for residents to report a problem and get up to date reports on what the town is doing to fix it. He says anytime you call in now to report a problem all those requests are submitted online.
After you submit the request you will receive an email letting you know the town is looking into the issue and you’ll also get email notifications as the work is completed.
You can access PSR from the town’s website or download an app for your phone. While using the app you can use the GPS feature on your phone to pinpoint the exact location of the problem or submit a picture.
