NDP leader Andrea Horwath was in northern Ontario over the weekend denouncing the Wynne Liberals’ ongoing cuts to the healthcare system.
Horwath says the Liberals keep denying hospitals stable funding and says the North Bay hospital is ground zero for a facility that gets hit time after time.
Horwath says it’s not just North Bay.
She says many hospitals across the Northeast are seeing lay-offs and service cuts.
Horwath says the NDP will do its part but adds Ontarians also have to tell the premier and health minister enough is enough.
