An arrest has been made in Kapuskasing after the OPP says it received a report of a man pulling a knife on a group of children.
Police didn’t confirm whether it was an attempted theft or what the suspect’s motive was.
Police say the group of kids were walking along Riverside Drive when a man allegedly approached them with the knife.
A 25-year-old man from Kapuskasing has been charged with assault, possession of a dangerous weapon and failure to comply with probation.
The OPP says the children were not injured in the incident.
