The MNR is making it a little easier for both local anglers and visitors to choose where to drop their lines.
The Fish ON-line tool has everything from fishing access points, depth charts, license locations and fish sanctuaries available online.
It’s especially useful as many anglers are planning their May-run opening weekends.
The site has recently expanded to include more data in northern Ontario.
The MNR says so far the site is updated frequently and will be adding even more functionality to the tool which can be found here.
