The OLG is limiting the number of casinos in northern Ontario to five.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming says three companies to run the locations will be limited at three but is unable to release the company’s names.
The companies will next put proposals together on how they would run casinos in North Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay and Kenora.
OLG will announce the winning operator early in 2017.
