Northeastern Public Health expands its Health Wise website, offering more information on inspections

Northeastern Public Health has expanded its Health Wise website.

Manager of environmental health Suzanne Lajoie says it complies with Ontario public health standards.

“If you access the Health Wise website,” she outlines, you can access any inspected facility through the whole Northeastern Public Health district.”

The facilities are restaurants, hair salons, tattoo studios, child care centres, swimming pools, spas and beaches.

“Any place where an inspector has been into, you can access compliance inspection reports just to see that they’re inspected and the status of their inspections,” Lajoie says.

You can find the website at neph.click/healthwise .
