Public meetings regarding the development of a dog park, increased bike paths and new zoning by laws took place this week in Kapuskasing.
The province recently announced it’s streamlining the process of applying for funding by municipalities to develop bike paths.
Tentative plans to add a dog park in Dominion Park have been presented, coming a week after Cochrane opened its first dog park.
The new by laws will take a look at storage containers on properties, separating commercial, industrial and residential areas.
