Sensenbrenner Hospital Foundation has wrapped up its ultrasound fundraising project. Manager Mireille Dubosq says through the support two machines were replaced instead of just one. She hinted that it started while work was wrapping up for the dialysis unit.
“In the background for 2025 we also had to replace two ultrasound machines and we were blessed with $180,000 donation that we used to that we were able to replace one of the machines a year ahead of time,” she said.
Dubosq says two of their larger fundraising initiatives the Moose FM Community Cares Radiothon and July golf tournament go a long way to help.
“Everyone pitched in, we received general donations, memorial donations, as well as income from the 50-50 raffle that we host every month now every two months, so it’s been incredible,” she said.
She adds both of the units were purchased and have been up and running for the past two months.
