A Kapuskasing resident is up on several charges related to an alleged sexual assault involving someone under 16.
Provincial Police received a call reporting a sexual assault this past Sunday. A 35 year old is charged with two counts each of sexual assault on a person under 16, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching under 16, four counts of failing to comply with a probation order and one count of causing a disturbance.
The accused remains in custody and will appear in court on a future date.
