The town’s CAO Yves Labelle says a new system for filing complaints and opening discussion with council will soon be implemented.
He says it’s all part of making council more accessible to the public and increasing transparency.
Labelle says the Highway 11 project, after over a month of delays, may start in two weeks.
He says once crews finish with Ottawa Street, the Highway 11 project will begin.
