A new pool, local health unit funding, Civic Centre renovations and a new NEOFACS campaign are all on tonight’s agenda for council.
The proposed $8.2 million pool will be ruled on this evening.
The pool may be connected to the Sports Palace with the Arena-Energy project moving forward.
NEOFACS is asking council to make October Child Abuse Prevention Month for the town of Kapuskasing.
The Porcupine Health Unit will be seeking approval for a new funding model.
Council meets at 5:30pm at the Civic Centre on Riverside Drive.
The public is both welcome and encouraged to attend council meetings.
