Kapuskasing’s Naza Grant captured the silver medal at the Commonwealth Jr. Weightlifting Championships in Fiji on Friday. Grant lifted a combined 191 kilograms.
The Kapuskasing Weightlifting Club member was beaten by a New Zealand competitor for the gold medal.
