He was spotted by an off-duty OPP officer, who started to arrest him while back-up was on its way. They say they found break-in instruments on him.
A 30-year-old local man is charged with break and enter with the intention to commit an indictable offence; failing to comply with a probation order; possession of break-in instruments; and disguise with intent.
