The concept began in Timmins, but f “Timmins.Care” fell apart during the pandemic.
At its relaunch Tuesday, Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board CAO Brian Marks said in the months to come, it will expand into all other communities in the CDSSAB area.
Marks says the service is powered by 211 Ontario, the helpline that connects people to the services they need. It operates in a couple hundred languages.
