Forty-seven charges related to alleged domestic abuse between last October and this month give a Kapuskasing resident a March court date.
OPP executed a search warrant at a Riverside Dr. home on Saturday afternoon. As a result, they charged a 63-year-old person with 17 counts of harassing communication, and 30 of failing to comply with a probation order.
No names will be released, to protect the victim’s identity. The defendant is out on bail.
