A Kapuskasing man is up on two charges after police investigated a fire complaint on Christmas morning.
Ontario Provincial Police and the Kapuskasing Fire Department responded to call shortly after 5:30 am at a shared-home on Stewart Avenue that was filling up with smoke. There were no injuries and the fire was extinguished.
A 41 year old is facing one charge of assault with a weapon and arson – damage to property.
