A teacher at la Coeur Du Nord got a surprise visitor during her professional development day on Friday. Chantal Millette (Me-yet) learned she had won the Sensenbrenner Hospital Foundation’s online 50-50 draw worth $13,142.
Millette says she purchased her tickets at 11:15 pm on final day they were available. She wasn’t sure what her plans will be for the winnings, but noted that she talked to her husband about taking a trip.
Ticket sales for the next 50-50 draw will begin on Monday, May 8th.
