The Sensenbrenner Hospital Board is looking for two new directors. Chairman Gary Fortin says it’s one of the more active boards that he has around with everyone having a say during the meetings.
“The people we are looking for should have maybe a risk management background, financial background, and clinical experience,” he said. “That’s all different parts of the board that we are working with.”
He adds that part of the screening process includes an interview.
“And they gave you a matrix and there are about maybe 20-30 questions, arranged everywhere from your work skills where you’re strong, oral, written, communication, fitness,” he said. “Just a little bit of everything to see where you fit in the group.”
