Ontario Provincial Police are continuing their investigation into a single fatal motor vehicle accident on Highway 11 west of Smooth Rock Falls on Monday night that closed the highway for about 12 hours. Police say a 34 year old Winnipeg Manitoba resident who was a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
