Moosonee OPP is inviting the public to the detachment on Saturday from 11am to 2pm. The detachment will hold a public boating safety display. The OPP will be showing its new boat that will patrol the Moose River. The new boat is a 25’ twin outboard designed to suit the needs of policing into James Bay. At the same time officers will be able to speak about boating laws.
