Again on Saturday, the James Bay-Hudson Bay coast region leads the number of new COVID-19 cases confirmed by the Porcupine Health Unit. Of the eight cases, six are in that area. The other two are somewhere along the Highway 11 corridor between Smooth Rock Falls and Matheson.
That brings the total since the pandemic arrived at 2,026.
