Mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinics are coming to our region. Five drop-in clinics have been announced from Fauquier to Mattice including Kapuskasing at Riverside Park. The clinics begin tomorrow and conclude on Friday and are for those who still have yet to receive their first shot.
The Pfizer vaccine will be administered, and the clinics are not available for those who are waiting for their second dose. The PHU will advise you how to book your second appointment before your fourth month deadline.
Porcupine Health Unit’s Medical Officer of Health Dr. Lianne Catton says offering these mobile clinics in smaller communities is an important step in ensuring all residents have access to the vaccine.

- Fauquier — Community Hall — Wednesday, June 2 — 10 am to 1 pm.
- Moonbeam — Community Hall — Wednesday, June 2 — 3 pm to 6 pm.
- Mattice — Mattice Arena — Thursday, June 3 — 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- Opasatika — basement of church — Thursday, June 3 — 3 pm to 6 pm.
- Kapuskasing — Riverside Park — 10 am to 1 pm.
