Ontario 511 has alerted that Highway 11 is now all clear.
The earlier issue near Mattice has now been removed and the highway completely re-opened.
Highway 11 is down to a lane following a disabled vehicle.
According to the Ministry of Transportation Ontario website, along the highway near Shallow Lake Road for the second consecutive day a disabled vehicle in the area has blocked the northbound lane and shoulder.
The issue began around 7:45am this morning and has yet to been cleared as they try to remove a tractor trailer from the ditch.
Crews are still on scene doing so with traffic control in place, further details and updates will be provided as they come in.
