UPDATE – 8:47am: Hydro One has listed on their website that the forced power interruption is now over.
A forced power outage has left roughly 2,250 residents in the dark between Nansen, O’Brien, Moonbeam and Kapuskasing.
Hydro One announced around 6:10am that a forced power interruption had taken place for their customers within the affected towns.
A Hydro One spokesperson says that crews are currently on scene and patrolling the line but there is no current timetable for a return of power.
The reason for the interruption is also unknown at this time.
