The Federal Budget will be announced tomorrow and NDP MP Carol Hughes says there should be four things Northern Ontarians are looking for the most.
According to Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing MP Carol Hughes the four major topics that Northern Ontarians should be on the lookout for are; increase to the budget for Community Futures Development Corporation, increases to affordable housing financing, closing tax loopholes and First Nation relief funding.
Hughes says northerners should be on the lookout for improvements such as to the budget of the CFDC.
She says they want to see tax loopholes for the wealthy closed and affordable housing improved in the region.
The Federal Budget for 2018 is expected to be announced by Finance Minister Bill Morneau tomorrow afternoon.
