Sensenbrenner Hospital in Kapuskasing has made their pitch for a CT scan.
That is according to CEO France Daillare, who says as of Wednesday they sent their formal request to the Board of Directors of the North East Local Health Integration Network.
Daillare says from there, the NELHIN will decide whether or not to approve the request and then forward it on to the Ministry of Health.
She says they are hopeful that they can deliver a CT scan to those in the Kapuskasing community in the near future.
There is no current timeline on when the request will receive a response from the NELHIN.
