Graduation rates at North East school board high schools are expected to improve.
At the board’s regular meeting on Tuesday night a report given to trustees shows the rates should be up 67 per cent this spring.
The board says research shows that 307 students who entered Grade 9 with the board will graduate in four years with 448 doing it five.
The DSB ONE Board of Trustees is commending its staff for stepping up the focus on credit accumulation leading to the increase in graduation.
